Every pizza could be a personal pizza! Pizza is a classic comfort food, eating with PCOS lead me to using my good friend cauliflower, here is Nutana's cauliflower crust pizza.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp parsley
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper
Break cauliflower into florets, and pulse in a food processor until fine. Use cheese cloth or towel to get all the moisture out
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, with mozzarella, parmesan, pink salt, garlic powder, basil, oregano, basil, parsley and eggs
Transfer to the centre of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes
Add desired sauce and toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
