Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup flax meal
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mash ripe bananas
Combine dry ingredients
Then mix with bananas
Line rectangular pan with parchment paper
Evenly spread out mixture
Bake for 15 mins.
