I was craving creamy wholesome goodness, so experimented and developed my take on banana halwa, eating with PCOS means NO ADDED SUGAR (just the natural sweetness from bananas).

Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup of almond flour (blanched)
1 cup of natural almond flour
250g of banana (chopped)
50g of cashew (chopped)
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Add butter to heated pan.
Then add natural almond flour, let fry for 2-3 minutes
Add nutmeg and cinnamon
Decrease heat to medium
Add milk and stir
Add bananas and cashews, let simmer for 2-4 minutes
Continuous stirring until it starts to thicken
Add blanched almond flour
Continue to stir until thick.
