I have a MAJOR sweet tooth, having to avoid a lot of store/ bakery bought baked treats, and being a food enthusiast, has led me to recipe development. With that being said, you can enjoy life, food should taste good and fuel you. Eating things you like, shouldn't make you feel guilty but eating with PCOS, often times leave you miserable if you eat certain carb-heavy food you'll be fatigued, etc. This is why I came up with my banana peanut butter chocolate chip mini muffins.
