We got three different dishes and shared them all. Eating with PCOS and Eating out means strategizing! I eat gluten-free and dairy-free most days, but when I'm out I try to just limit my intake of those two sources of inflammation. I then load up on protein later in the day and make sure I get a workout in to help with the fatigue.
