When planning your breakfast, think: High protein, fiber, filling, satisfying. Have your fruit, yes, you can have intrinsic sugar, just not much of it. We need carbs to properly function, this is where tracking comes into play, a general rule of thumb is don't go over 30g of carbs at any meal.
